About Royal, AR - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Royal is located in Garland County, Arkansas, approximately 15 miles west of Hot Springs and 60 miles southwest of Little Rock. The city is home to a population of more than 4,000 residents and known for its excellent schools, friendly hometown atmosphere, and moderate seasonal climate that makes it a great place to enjoy the abundance of year-round recreational amenities offered by the region.

Royal is served by the Lake Hamilton School District. Lake Hamilton High School is consistently ranked among the top high schools in the state and is home to the Lake Hamilton High School Boys Cross Country Team, winners of the 2015 6A Cross Country State Championship.

The city is located just a stone’s throw away from some of the most fabulous recreation in the state. Lake Ouachita features a host of outstanding recreational activities that include hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and more. The lake’s crystal-clear waters have earned it a reputation as one of the cleanest lakes in America, making it a popular destination for swimming, scuba diving, skiing, and sailing, as well. Other top recreational sites include Lake Hamilton and Lake Catherine, both located within 20 miles of the city, and nearby Crystal Springs Resort, featuring fishing, boating, and retreat-style accommodations on a secluded distributary of Lake Ouachita.

Royal is located just twenty minutes from Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Park, where visitors can enjoy first-class entertainment attractions such as Magic Springs Water & Theme Park, the National Park Aquarium, and Garvan Woodland Gardens, the University of Arkansas botanical garden. Oaklawn Park is a Hot Springs tradition. Established in 1904, the park has been bringing championship horseracing to Hot Springs for over 100 years and is home to the $1 Million Dollar Arkansas Derby, held annually in April.

Conveniently accessible on U.S. Route 270 in the heart of the Diamond Lakes Region, Royal is a great place to live, work, and raise a family in west-central Arkansas!
