Situated in west-central Arkansas in the heart of the Diamond Lakes region, Owensville is located approximately ten miles southeast of Hot Springs Village and twenty miles southwest of the city of Hot Springs. Owensville is home to a population of approximately 1,200 residents and is served by the Benton and Lake Fountain school districts. Nearby Lake Hamilton and Lake Catherine offer excellent recreational opportunities, as well. The lakes are popular with anglers who come from around the state to fish for largemouth and smallmouth bass, crappie, bream, channel catfish, and walleye.

Situated just fifteen miles from Interstate 30, Owensville enjoys easy access to the big city amenities Benton and Little Rock. Little Rock is home to a vibrant cultural arts community and features outstanding shopping, dining, and public attractions that include the Arkansas State Capitol Building, Riverfront Park, and Little Rock Central High School, a designated National Historic Landmark that made history in 1957 for its role in the desegregation of schools in America. Benton’s town square features small town shopping at its best, with dozens of shops, galleries, and museums lining the picturesque downtown streets.
