About Malvern, AR - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Malvern is located in west-central Arkansas, approximately twenty miles southeast of Hot Springs and forty-five miles southwest of Little Rock. Malvern is the county seat of Hot Springs County and home to more than 10,000 residents who enjoy the mild seasonal climate that brings long hot summers and moderately cool winters to the region, making it possible to enjoy the city’s fabulous outdoors year-round.

The rich deposits of clay found abundantly throughout the region have earned Malvern the moniker, “Brick Capital of the World.” The city is home to a number of brick manufacturing plants, including ACME Brick, one of the largest brick producers in the nation.

Malvern’s proximity to the Diamond Lakes region of west-central Arkansas provides outstanding opportunities for outdoor sports and recreation. Nearby Lake Catherine State Park is a popular destination for anglers, who come from miles around to fish for largemouth bass, bream, striped bass, spotted bass, channel catfish, and walleye. The park features hiking, biking, camping, and picnicking facilities, as well as an interpretative nature center featuring interactive, hands-on displays and exhibits.

Malvern is home to a number of festivals and special events, including Brickfest, a popular event held each June that celebrates the city’s brick making history with live entertainment, local arts and crafts, horseshoe tournaments, a 5K race, and fun activities such as the brick car derby, best dressed brick contest, and brick toss. The city also hosts the annual Hot Springs County Fair & Rodeo, held at the Hot Springs County Fairgrounds in Malvern each September.

Malvern is located within twenty miles of the considerable comforts and amenities of Hot Springs and Hot Springs National Forest. Popular destinations include the National Park Aquarium, Magic Springs Water & Theme Park, and Oaklawn Park, the state’s only thoroughbred racing facility that is home to the $1 Million Dollar Arkansas Derby.

Conveniently situated on Interstate 30 between the cities of Little Rock and Arkadelphia, Malvern is a great city for experiencing the many pleasures of west-central Arkansas!
